<image:caption>From a non-conforming relationship to or expression of gender, finding strategies for navigating the world with a neuro a-typical brain, chronic pain and/or illness, recovering from complex trauma or religious abuse, relationship struggles, challenges with communication, to the frequently asked question of “Am I normal?”, it can often be hard to think about seeking help for our mental health and wellbeing. I can offer consultation and sensitivity reading of your literature, website, and brochures to help ensure that you’re not accidentally excluding or offending a group of people that you want to feel respected and included. Consulting for Helping Professionals As you likely know, not burdening your clients with educating you about trans issues is an important part of affirming support and as a nonbinary, transgender licensed mental health professional who has also offered direct support to nonbinary and transgender individuals for over 10 years, I want to help you to better support the nonbinary and transgender people you serve.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Whether it’s making sense of your experience and expression of gender, support in unlearning harmful patterns of behavior, uncovering your authentic voice, recovering from complex trauma, understanding the ways your neurotype impacts your day to day life and creating strategies for thriving, getting more familiar with your own sense of sexual identity, or understanding how to make sexual relationships more resilient, I would be honored to help guide you on your path. I work in ways that are inclusive and supportive of all genders, orientations, relationship structures, sexual styles. My approach is trauma informed, neurodiversity inclusive, and sex worker affirming, and when it comes to our bodies I take an approach that is grounded in somatics and HAES.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Coaching - What should I expect from coaching?</image:title>
<image:caption>We will work together to identify your goals and I will support you as you work to achieve them. Our work will include some education about human development, neurobiology, the body’s stress response, conscious and unconscious coping strategies (and how to make more conscious choices), human sexuality and whatever else will support a deeper, more authentic understanding of yourself and your process. I may give you worksheets, readings, and some assignments that will help you in your process, but never fear, it’s up to you how much work you’d like to do outside of session. If you prefer to do all of your work in session with me, that’s A-OK, but the process will move more slowly. My goal as a coach is to be a supportive guide for you in developing a healthier, more authentic relationship with yourself and strengthening your capacity for resiliency and joy. You deserve to heal and grow and live a fulfilling life!</image:caption>
